The UK semi-final was held on BBC Radio 2 on January 26th, hosted by Terry
Wogan and Ken Bruce. The top 4 songs were chosen by televoting. Although
the voting results are unknown, it is rumoured that Tony Moore won and Moneypenny
came 5th. The final was held at the BBC TV Studios in London on March 11th,
hosted by Katy Hill, with the winner being chosen by televoting.

appeared in the 1991 UK Final playing the guitar behind Lorraine Craig. At
the Eurovision, Lindsay Dracass (as she became known) was 15th.
