* Shlomo Gronich ended up 11th in the 1981 Israeli Final

* Aviva Avidan was a backing singer for Israel in ESC 1982. Maya Avidan was a backing singer for Israel in ESC 2003

* Guy Harari was a backing singer for Alon Jan in the 2001 Israeli Final

* Eddie Butler represented Israel in ESC 1999 as a member of the group Eden

* Tzipi Mash'hid's original song was titled Hozer ele'ha but it was disqualified since it had been released before on an album by Israeli singer Ishtar

* Tzvika Pick ended up 2nd in the 1979 Israeli Final, 6th in 1982, 7th in 1986, equal 10th in 1987, 7th in 1993 & 3rd in 2005
