Liechtenstein has been refused entry to the contest in 1976 with the song "Little Cowboy" by Biggi Bachmann, because they aren't an EBU-member and they don't have a TV-Station to broadcast the Eurovision Song Contest, which is one of the rules to take part in the contest.
