BARBARA DEX AWARD

The Barbara Dex Award is the annual contest for the worst-dressed artist in the Eurovision Song Contest.
This award is named after Barbara Dex. She represented Belgium in the 1993 Contest.
Barbara wore an absolutely awful dress that night which she made herself since 'she followed lessons in clothes making'.
